Q: If I want to stop my subscription, how do I cancel?
A: Our cancellation process is very easy and designed to not be a hassle for you. All you have to do is send us an email, and we’ll make sure you are not charged for an additional subscription period…no questions asked.
Q: What’s the trial pair of socks option?
A: BlackSockSubscription.com knows that some of our potential customers do not want to fully commit to a subscription right away. Therefore, we offer a special one-time only trial pair so that you can touch, feel and wear our awesome socks before pulling the trigger. Come back to our site to purchase more socks or a sock subscription once you are convinced by our quality. Or do nothing and continue to suffer with your sock issues.

A: For best results, wash your socks inside out. Machine wash and tumble dry at low temperatures.
Q: Will BlackSockSubscription.com ever sell more than one style of socks?
A: Yes. We plan to expand from the classic business sock and perhaps introduce a super premium style. Timing is still a ways off though. It takes a lot of time to research & design the best sock possible.
Q: Will BlackSockSubscription.com ever sell another color of socks?
A: Who knows?!? If the demand exists, maybe we’ll offer additional sock colors sometime down the road, even though our website name feels like it could be boxing us into a corner! Right now, there are no plans to do so.
